Product Development – It demands Time and a considerable cash-flow effort to take a product to Life. Here is the real issue to address.
The quantitative/qualitative production of a scalable bi-product from major industries such as Aeronautics, Automobile, Shipping, Pharmaceutics, Clothing… take years to shape into commercial and durable products. Research and Research & Development in that matter comes handy and could be the solution to promote alternative products.
But following original design can be problematic as difficulties erupt during testing phases, so you better be creative, in the multi-dimensional sens, and when conceptualizing a product that is imagined, created and designed to enhance our way of Life, it dictate the development of a full Philosophy. Naturally, the more high standards you have, the more technical it gets. As an example, Industrial Hemp is already in use in the Car industry, and very little effort is to be made to apply Industrial Design inclusive of existing knowledge.
Prototyping – can only be described as an Art. the Product take shape and gives right at a first look of what the final product will look like. Performance will demands numerous test and first full size scaled ULAC will take of in Autumn, if all goes well!
Development – developing a protective shell was pretty much the base of the all idea. to make it practical and fashionable was the difficulty, to stand out yet make the user comfortable with referenced base intra-structure (the UL shell interior is base on large size actual sedan) optimizing both, comfort and safety.
The process have required computer assistance all the way, from 3D design and structuring, to the use of 3D printer for parts manufacturing. In the case of the ULAC the software can be uploaded, it offer a remote pilot assistance and an auto pilot sequence. the major advantage of such emergent design, its their cost/performance, everything is optimized from the UL base, the shell, and it adapt to the entire range from the ULUV on Land to the ULAC in the Air.

The target price for the ULAC is $167000 including of the UL and fly software. Its use is likely to be directed toward the transports of crops and have the potential for mid range off grid personal transportation.
